How should I prepare for a meditation session ?

Find a quiet, comfortable space where you won’t be disturbed. You can sit or lie down, whichever feels best. Make yourself a herbal tea nearby or have a glass of water and wear comfortable clothing. If it is an online session, I recommend to use headphones for better experience. Most importantly, come with an open heart and a willingness to receive.

How often should I practice?

Consistency is a key. Ideally to practice meditation every day for 15-20 minutes, though even once-weekly 45-60 min practice can provide notable benefits for your mind and body.

When should I choose 1-on-1 session?

When you have specific goals or challenges, want personalized guidance, and prefer a session tailored to your needs, then it's the best choice for you.  It’s ideal for deeper support and customized techniques.

What is the difference between a meditation session and theta healing session ?

A meditation session focuses on relaxation and inner peace by releasing stress and anxiety  through guided techniques, while a Theta Healing session works on deep subconscious beliefs, heals traumas and includes energy healing. Both provide emotional transformation using the theta brainwave state which a certified theta practitioner (in this case me) guides you into.

Is online session the same efficient as offline ?

The relaxed state which you reach throughout the meditation and theta healing sessions is not limited by geography. Just like Wi-Fi connects us across distances without visible wires, healing energy can be transmitted effectively.

Can I do a session if I’ve never meditated before?

Absolutely! No prior experience is needed. I will guide you through the entire process, making it easy and natural for you to relax .
